Recruitment files

Uploaded resumes are stored in protected application records and are accessible only to authorized OmeSync staff. Application notifications may include the resume as an email attachment to the configured recruitment inbox.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
